TRANSLINGUO CREATIVE GROUP S.L. will only request the strictly required data for the realization of the purpose for which they are collected, so if they are not provided, the requested service cannot be provided.
- How long will we keep your data for?
Personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the interested party and TRANSLINGUO CREATIVE GROUP S.L. will be kept for maximum 5 years starting from the last interest confirmation or as long as a legal provision requires us to do so, in which case they will be kept duly blocked and will be deleted when they are no longer necessary.

The data processed by TRANSLINGUO CREATIVE GROUP S.L. may be disclosed to third parties when a legal provision requires us to do so.

TRANSLINGUO CREATIVE GROUP S.L. adopts the corresponding security levels required by the aforesaid Personal Data Protection regulations and other applicable regulations. These levels of security are required for those entities that access our information under a contractual relationship and/or service provision, in accordance with Article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
