Additionally, you’ll be able to carry out your internship from home. However, if you want to attend our office, we can discuss and arrange some days for in-person attendance.

Internship content

We want you to be able to analyze, create, and revise translation projects, to acquire a solid knowledge of tools for computer-aided translation, machine translation, and localization. Being able to use specialized and professional metalanguage. If by chance you don’t have all this knowledge, don’t worry! We will teach you from scratch.

Furthermore, you will acquire specific knowledge that will enable you to carry out tasks typical of the professional profiles in the field. At the end of your internship, you will see how all the knowledge you have acquired takes shape and turns you into a great translation professional.

Competencies

For us, it’s crucial that you’re able to work in a team and have mastery of one or more languages. You should also be familiar with and able to use CAT tools, know how to use the Microsoft Office suite, as well as be familiar with certain terminology and translation strategies. Additionally, the student’s attitude towards daily work situations is positively evaluated: discipline, organization, sense of humor, or punctuality among other aspects.
